We welcomed gaffer Billy Holland to the club in the summer of 2026, taking the reins from outgoing boss Gavin Macpherson.

Billy arrived in EN1 having parted company with Waltham Abbey, where he had been manager for the previous seven years. Initially brought in as joint-manager at Capershotts, while continuing his playing career, he took sole charge for his final three seasons with the Abbotts, guiding them to consecutive play-off finishes at step 4 while winning plaudits for implementing an attractive brand of football.

As a player Billy faced Enfield Town on several occasions; representing the likes of Aveley, Redbridge, and Hornchurch, as well as Waltham Abbey, where he remains the club’s record appearance maker and goalscorer.
