The draw for the second round of the FA Trophy took place this afternoon, handing Enfield Town a home tie against Spalding United of the National League North.

This will be a first meeting between ourselves and our Lincolnshire-based opponents, who won promotion to the National League North last season for the first time. At the time of writing Spalding sit 12th in the division, with dangerman Bart Cybulski leading the league scoring charts with 10 goals and counting.

The tie will take place on Saturday 14th November. Due to our progress in the Trophy, as well as Aveley’s, our league game against the Millers will be rescheduled.
