Prior to Saturday’s 3-2 victory at home to Cray Wanderers, we were delighted to welcome our newest recruit in Jez Davies.

Central midfielder Jez is a former Tottenham Hotspur youth-teamer who previously featured in a couple of pre-season outings against Town for Spurs’ academy sides. Since leaving Hotspur Way he has represented the likes of Salford City, Ebbsfleet United, Welling United, and Peterborough Sports.

The 22-year-old came off the bench to good effect on Saturday and was involved in the buildup to Amrit Bansal-McNulty’s winner which ensured we remained at the top of the league, and extended our winning run to six games.
